As a new client you start out with a needs assessment where we evaluate your current situation. This consultation is either an onsite or virtual tour that can take up to 2 hours. At this time we:

Evaluate your space
Discuss your goals and priorities
Determine what’s working and what’s not
Take into consideration your personal and professional style
Find out what’s causing the stress
Answer any questions you may have
Provide you with customized solutions that fit your style and needs
Recommend any products, services, and resources available

Once the initial assessment is complete, you can tackle the project on your own or you can choose between the following:

Action: DIY - Do it yourself with a step-by-step guide
Action: Coach - Do it yourself with telephone support
Action: Teamwork - Get a team to come and work with you

Action: DIY

If you are planning to tackle the project by yourself, we recommend getting this step-by-step guide. This is a customized plan of action broken down into manageable steps to get each room and/or project completed. It also includes an extensive list of resources, online links, and recommended products.

Action: Coach

You want to do it yourself, but in the past you started projects and quit halfway through because of either lack of motivation or just getting overwhelmed. This is the solution for you: We coach you through the entire process to get it done.

Action: Teamwork

Are you overwhelmed by the entire project or you just don’t have time to do it yourself? Let us come in and work with you to get you in control again. We can have one person come in and do the job with you, or we can send a team of people to get the project done faster.
